“ My sister-in-law had seen Chef Enzo from Casa Santo Stefano cooking on a morning news show several months ago. She decided that is where she wanted to celebrate her birthday. From the moment we walked in the door we knew that this place was special and the aroma coming from the kitchen was fabulous! We felt like we were in Italy and loved all the family pictures as well as the historic pictures of the building and Ybor City. Our server, Amber, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was one of the best servers we have ever encountered. The selection of food was amazing and almost all of it is made in house from scratch. When we mentioned to Amber that it was my sister-in-laws' birthday and that she had seen Chef Enzo on TV, she asked him to stop by our table. Not only did he stop by our table, but gave us a tour of the kitchen. He was so warm and welcoming plus he explained the history of the restaurant and the artifacts inside. We will always remember how he really made this a special day. The food at Casa Santo Stefano is worth a return visit in addition to the staff and Chef Enzo. We have already made plans to return in the near future. ”
“ The Pizza is so underrated. It was my favorite dish. Definitely get the meatballs we ate them before snapping a pic. All the food was good, service was great, atmosphere was beautiful. ”
“ Absolutely loved our lunch at Casa Santo Stefano! We actually stumbled on it by chance since Columbia was full and it was right next door. We didn't know they were the same family. The Pappardelle Siciliana was rich and flavorful, and the Caesar salad was super fresh with great texture. We also tried the pizzas, lasagna, and desserts—everything was on point. Great service from Vince and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for authentic Sicilian food in Tampa! ”
“ Brittni was an absolute gem of a server, the food was immaculately prepared and presented. Delicious, scrumptious, flavorful, well portioned....all great things about our meal. Job we'll done by everyone on staff at Casa Santo Stefano..!!! ”
“ Very beautiful restaurant. The food and service was excellent. The Meatballs Della Nana are delicious and I highly recommend trying them. The entree I had was the Pork Chops (you can get 1 or 2) Grigliato very tender and juicy. I would order everything again. (Pictures are from the site as I forgot to take them before eating.) ”
“ We had a birthday dinner here. The dishes are good, but if I have to be honest, nothing is really outstanding. I still give it 5 stars because the overall experience is nice. ”
“ Awesome experience, the food is amazing, from the lasagna to the affogato a la caffe, all with different flavor and presentation, the place invites you to talk and take your time with a great company. People are really nice, you can observe how to make your food. The price was reasonable for 4 people. Recommend! ”
“ Casa Santo Stefano is an extraordinary dining experience that blends exquisite food with a stunning setting. From start to finish, our visit was exceptional. The restaurant’s rustic ambiance is truly beautiful, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels both elegant and comforting. One of the most striking features is the unique interior design, including a stainless steel wood-burning grill that’s a centerpiece of the open kitchen. The one-of-a-kind copper hood range above it not only adds to the aesthetic charm but also masterfully captures all the kitchen and grill smoke, ensuring a clean and pleasant dining environment. These touches elevate the experience and reflect the care and craftsmanship that define this classic Sicilian restaurant. Our waiter, Andrew, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. The management was equally welcoming, and we were honored by a visit from the head chef at our table—a personal and memorable touch. I opted for the chef’s choice on my veal dinner, and it was cooked to medium-rare perfection. Each bite was divine, and the drinks were equally impressive, crafted to perfectly complement the meal. From appetizers to the main course, the quality of the food and service exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return, especially to enjoy their rooftop lounge, where you can sip a great drink and savor a cigar to cap off an already unforgettable evening. Casa Santo Stefano is a true gem in Tampa, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and remarkable dining experience! ”
